Changing Group Names

The names of (all) Account Groups are able to be changed within the platform - at both world & national level. This allows you to update the default account group hierarchy names, to better reflect that of your organisations'. Please refer to the below instructions on how to change your Account Group names.

World Level Account Groups

1. Go to System → Account Groups

2. Click on the edit (pencil) icon

3. Enter a (new) 'Name' for the group

4. Click on the Update button

Note: World-level Account Groups can only be managed by World Manager (administrator) level accounts, and from world-level.

National Level Account Groups

1. Select a country

2. Go to System → Account Groups

3. Click on the edit (pencil) icon

4. Uncheck the "Use Default Name" option

5. Enter a (new) 'Name' for the group

6. Click on the Update button

Tip: When you edit + save a national-level Employee group, it will automatically become active (if not already), within that specific country.

Once this is done, the updated name(s) will be reflected within the platform immediately.
