Previously, the Master Franchise Invoices page under Royalty Manager had no way to export the summary — users had to open each unit-level invoice and stitch the data together by hand. Master Franchise Invoices now includes an Export capability that downloads the currently displayed summary as an Excel file and keeps a log of past exports, matching the existing unit-level export experience.
Steps:
- Go to Royalty Manager > Master Franchise Invoices.
- Apply any filters you want reflected in the export.
- Click the Export icon in the top-right toolbar (next to Generate Invoice).
4. The Export panel opens showing your export's progress under In Progress. While a file is generating, it's shown here with a status indicator; if generation fails, the row shows Failed and no partial file is produced.
5. Once ready, switch to the Completed tab to see your file listed with its export date, expiration date (7 days from generation), and number of records.
6. Click the Download icon next to the row to save the Excel file.
Expired exports remain listed for reference but can no longer be downloaded — generate a new export if you need the data again.
