Creating a New Agreement Version

Current agreement versions cannot be modified or deleted in the FranConnect system. To change the agreement version, you will need to create a new one and then map the desired location(s) to it. To begin, log into your FranConnect environment. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to access your Admin settings.

From your Admin screen, click Financials on the left-hand sidebar.

Click Agreement Versions.

Since we cannot delete or edit a current agreement version, we will instead copy it. We can do this in one of two ways - with or without mapping the locations that are currently using the agreement. To do either one, click the gear icon corresponding to the agreement version you wish to change. Select either Copy Agreement Version, or Copy with Mapped Locations from the drop-down menu depending on which option you prefer.

Note: In our example, we will copy the agreement version with the mapped locations.

Once you select how you wish to copy the agreement version, you will be taken to the following page:

Fill out all of the details for the new agreement version and click Save at the bottom of the page when you are done. The new agreement version will be created. If you already mapped the current locations, you are now finished. If you have not, you will need to manually map any locations you wish to add to the new agreement.
