Configuring Email Capture in FranConnect
To configure Email Capture on the FranConnect side, first log into your FranConnect environment. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to access your Admin settings.
Click Sales on the left-hand sidebar.
Scroll down to the "Integrations" section and click Configure Email Capture.

If this is not already configured, the page will be blank. You will need to place the email address to which you wish to forward the emails in the "Email" field. However, a little more configuration is needed in Gmail or Outlook, depending on which you are configuring. We will look at how to configure this for both email services.
Configuring Email Capture for a Gmail Account
To configure Email Capture in Gmail, first log into your Gmail account. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to access your Settings.
Next, click See all settings.
On the following page, click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Change the "Forwarding" setting to forward a copy of the incoming email to the email address you choose. Please allow a little time for the Email Capture to sync. Once it does, you will see these emails in the lead's "Message History" in FranConnect.
Configuring Email Capture for a Microsoft Account
Note: In our example, we are using the browser version of Microsoft Outlook. If you are using the desktop version, some features may in a different location. However, the steps remain the same for whichever version of Outlook you are using.
To configure Email Capture in Microsoft Outlook, first log into your Microsoft Outlook account. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to access your Settings.
Click the Mail tab on the left-hand sidebar and then select Forwarding from the sub-menu.
Tick the box to "Enable forwarding," and type in the email address to which you wish to forward the email. Please allow a little time for the Email Capture to sync. Once it does, you will see these emails in the lead's "Message History" in FranConnect.
