Overview of Cards in Command Center

Overview of Command Center Cards

Command Center offers a wide variety of cards that can be used to personalize Command Center to your specific business needs. Let's take a look at a few of the default cards in Command Center.

Stats

The Stats card shows you basic franchise overview information. Here you can see your units opened, transfers, total system revenue, and total system profit. Clicking on any of these boxes will take you to the portion of the product most relevant to the statistic you select. For instance, clicking on the Transfers card will take you to the Transfer Report in Info Manager.

Locations

The Locations card shows you all of the different locations in your franchise network along with different statuses for them. Clicking the arrow next to any given status will take you to the most relevant page in FranConnect for each status.

Insights

The Insights card is a customizable card that gives links to various data sets in FranConnect. To learn more about customizing Insights, please check out our How to Customize Command Center Cards and Insights article.

Activity

The Activity card gives you an overview of all of the communication happening in your FranConnect environment. You can use the filters at the top of the box to narrow down your results and click on an individual communication to navigate to its location in FranConnect.

Lead Funnel

The Lead Funnel box gives you basic data about the leads in your FranConnect environment. You can click on the different bars in the box to navigate to the most relevant part of FranConnect for each category.

News Feed

The News Feed box pulls the top stories from your News Feed in The Hub. This feed can be configured in your Admin settings for The Hub.

Links

The Links box displays the links you have configured in the Related Links section of The Hub.

Calendar

The Calendar card enables you to view your calendar information from The Hub in FranConnect. You can click on any task or click the View All button to be taken directly to your calendar.

Surveys

The Surveys card shows you the surveys that you have configured in The Hub. These can be configured in your Admin settings for The Hub.

Recently Accessed Locations

The Recently Accessed Locations card maps to the Unit Summary page in Info Manager. It looks at the most recent profiles that have been accessed in FranConnect. You can further filter this list by using the status filters at the top of the box.

Library Documents

The Library Documents card displays top results from the documents you have uploaded to the Hub Library. You can click on an individual document to view it or click View All to be taken to the Hub Library directly. You can learn more about the Hub Library using the The Hub section of our documentation.

Segment Insights

The Segment Insights card displays the segments that you have configured in the Operations module. You can click on an individual segment or click View All to be taken to the Segments page.

Reports

The Reports card shows you a sampling of the reports contained in your Info Manager and Opener/Projects modules.

Top Stories

The Top Stories box displays the top stories that you have uploaded to The Hub. You can also click on an individual story or click View All to be taken to the News page in The Hub.
