It is not uncommon for a Franchise owner to own multiple locations. FranConnect provides an innovative way to link various user associations through a common factor – the MUID (or Multi Unit ID).
Instead of creating various user accounts for owners, creating and associating the users with the MUID will allow the user to access all his or her locations and the pertaining modules in a single view.
In this guide, we will cover how to add multiple locations for a user by setting up a MUID.
Start by adding the existing owner to a new location as follows:
From the Admin > Franchise Location > manage Franchise location, hover over actions corresponding a location desired, and click Users.
Click Add Owners.
Select Existing Owner then enter details on MUID box with any naming convention.
Click Save.
