FranConnect provides the ability to include a CC or BCC email address to system emails. This includes system emails from Sales, The Hub, Info Mgr and Support.
Example
A typical case is a Sales manager wishing to be alerted when a new lead is added to the system. By default, the lead owner is notified. If you add the manager’s email address to the BCC or CC Email, the manager will receive them as well.
Admin > Configuration > Configure Default CC/BCC Email.
