August 2026 Release Updates[Upcoming Release]

Analytics: Marketing Campaign Dashboard [New]

Franchise development and marketing teams can now monitor email and SMS campaign performance from a single dashboard. By bringing engagement, deliverability, opt-in, and campaign-level insights together, teams can identify which campaigns and templates are reaching franchise leads, where engagement drops, and how message content and send timing can be improved.

What’s New

  • Email and SMS Performance Overview: Review opt-in, sent, delivery, and bounce metrics across email and SMS, along with email open and click performance.
  • Engagement Trends and Funnel: Track email performance over time and see how recipients move from sent to delivered, opened, and clicked.
  • Campaign and Template Comparisons: Compare email and SMS campaigns and templates using the engagement and delivery metrics available for each channel.
  • Send-Time and Content Insights: Use the optimal send-time heatmap, click distribution, and top-clicked links to understand when recipients engage and which content generates interest.
  • Deliverability and Opt-Out Monitoring: Monitor opt-outs, unsubscribes, and bounce activity to identify audience and delivery issues.
  • Metric Glossary: Access definitions, source details, and calculation logic for the metrics used throughout the dashboard.

Get Started

  • Navigate to Analytics > Develop > Marketing Campaign Dashboard.
  • Begin with Overview to review email and SMS performance at a glance.
  • Use Campaign Performance to compare campaigns and templates by channel, and open Deliverability & Compliance to monitor opt-outs, unsubscribes, and bounce activity.
  • Refer to Glossary for metric definitions and calculation details.

Note: Requires Analytics and Sales.

Analytics: Site Analytics [New]

Franchise development and operations teams can now view leads and units together on a geographic map. Site Analytics helps brands evaluate market coverage, understand where franchise opportunities and locations are concentrated, and review expansion activity alongside the lead status or lifecycle stage of each record.

What’s New

  • Combined Lead and Unit Mapping: View franchise leads and units in one geographic experience, with each record identified by type.
  • Geographic Clustering: See grouped map markers with record counts to quickly identify areas with a high concentration of leads or locations.
  • Lifecycle and Lead Status Visibility: Review unit lifecycle stages and lead statuses alongside the records shown on the map.
  • Focused Filtering: Narrow the view by record type, specific unit or lead, lifecycle stage, lead status, and country.
  • Matching Record List: Review the leads and units included in the current map view in a corresponding list with their status information.

Get Started

  • Navigate to Analytics > Foundation > Site Analytics.
  • Select whether to view leads, units, or both.
  • Use the available filters to focus on a specific market, pipeline stage, or group of locations, then review the map and corresponding record list.

Note: Requires Analytics, Sales, and Information Manager.

Analytics: AR Aging & Collections Dashboard [New]

Corporate finance and collections teams can now monitor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances across the franchise network from one dashboard. The AR Aging & Collections Dashboard helps teams understand where receivables are concentrated, identify balances requiring follow-up, and track collection performance over time by franchise location and fee category.

What’s New

  • Invoicing Summary: Review Sales, Invoice Amount, Total Paid, and Total Amount Due in one consolidated view.
  • Collections and Outstanding Trends: Compare paid and outstanding balances by month to monitor collection activity and changes in accounts receivable over time.
  • Receivables by Aging Period: View outstanding balances across 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120, and 120+ day aging periods.
  • Fee Category Analysis: See invoiced and outstanding amounts by royalty and other fee categories to identify where unpaid balances are concentrated.
  • Unit-Level Aging Details: Review each unit’s center name, fee category, and amount due within a selected aging period, helping collections teams focus follow-up on the appropriate franchisees and balances.
  • Metric Glossary: Access definitions and calculation details for the dashboard’s KPIs, charts, and aging views.

Get Started

  • Navigate to Analytics > Profit > AR Aging & Collections.
  • Use the available invoice date, report period, and franchise filters to review receivables across the network.
  • Start with Overview to assess total invoiced, paid, and outstanding amounts.
  • Open AR Aging Details and select an aging period to identify the units and fee categories contributing to overdue balances.

Note: Requires Analytics and Royalty Manager.

Opener: Weekly Assigned Task Digest

Franchise opening teams can now receive one weekly email summarizing their assigned tasks across every location they support. The digest helps project owners and cross-functional teams managing multiple openings quickly identify overdue work, focus on current-week priorities, and prepare for upcoming tasks without relying on manual reminders. Existing per-event notifications remain unchanged.

What’s New

  • One Digest Across All Locations: Each assignee receives one consolidated email covering their assigned work across every opening they support.
  • Current-Assignee Routing: The digest uses the current assignee selected in the Opener contact dropdown, so task reassignments are automatically reflected in the next email.
  • Tasks Organized by Status: Tasks are grouped into Overdue, Completing This Week, Starting This Week, In Progress, and Upcoming, with a total count and up to five highlighted tasks in each section.
  • Monday Morning Delivery: The digest is sent each Monday using Sunday end-of-day task data and includes a “data as of” timestamp.
  • Direct Access to Live Details: Each task link opens Opener, where assignees can review the latest status and information.

Get Started

  • Ensure each task is assigned to the correct person using the Opener contact dropdown.
  • Assignees will receive one digest each Monday morning with their workload across all supported locations. They can manage weekly digest delivery from their notification preferences.

Other Updates

Hub: Video Download Controls

Hub Admins can now make selected Hub Library videos available for download, giving franchisees and field teams offline access to video resources while preserving document-level control.

For systems with Vzaar enabled and configured for Hub, Admins can select Enable Downloads when creating or editing a video document.

In the video previewer, the Download button appears only when downloads are enabled for the document and the user has the Can Download/Print Library Documents privilege; other users can preview the video without seeing the button.

Completed downloads create a Library Download activity entry, and Vzaar functionality in Training is unchanged.

Hub: Team Accessibility Controls for Members and Franbuzz Posts

Team creators can now use Public – Single Brand Members, Public – Multi-Brand Members, or Private to control both member visibility and Franbuzz post visibility.

Franchise users see members based on the team’s configured access rather than only their location hierarchy; single-brand teams limit posts to team members associated with the same brand as the poster, multi-brand teams share posts with all team members, and private team posts remain visible only to the creator.

This supports cross-location and cross-brand collaboration while keeping posts within the intended audience.
