What’s New

  • Multiple COA support by brand: Each brand can now maintain its own Chart of Accounts within a multi-brand environment

  • Brand-level financial structure: Sales categories and financial mappings can be managed independently for each brand

  • Improved reporting alignment: Reporting can now better reflect brand-specific accounting and financial requirements

Get Started

  1. Navigate to Admin > Financials > Sales Categories

  2. Map the appropriate Chart of Accounts by brand

Information Manager: Segment Sharing and Improved Search

Segments now give teams more control over who can access shared segments and make them easier to find through Global Search. This helps users manage visibility more appropriately and locate the right segment faster.

What’s New

  • Expanded access options: Set segment visibility to Public to All Users, Public to Corporate Users, Private, or, where enabled, specific Divisions, Regions, or Role-based Groups

  • Role-aware sharing: Available accessibility options adjust based on the user’s role

  • Global Search support: Search for segment records directly from Global Search

  • Expanded search criteria: Search by Segment ID, Segment Name, Segment Category, and configured custom fields

  • Admin search controls: Admins can choose which custom segment fields are searchable

  • Consistent visibility across the platform: Segment accessibility is respected across search, reports, exports, and APIs

  2. Create or edit a segment

  3. Choose the appropriate Accessibility option

Other Updates

Operations: Expanded Access Controls for Self-Assessment, Incidents, Overview, and Reports

Access controls are now more consistent across Self-Assessment, Incidents, Overview, and Reports. Admins can manage permissions through Role Management, users only see the areas they can access, and permission rules now align more closely with the structured privilege model already used in Visits.

Playbook Tasks: Preview Attached Resources

Users can now preview common file types attached to Playbook Tasks directly within the Resources section. This makes it easier to review supporting documents while creating or updating tasks without downloading them first, with support for file types including Word, Excel, CSV, text, PowerPoint, and PDF.

Sales and Information Manager: Document Upload API Support

New REST API support for document uploads in Sales and Information Manager makes it easier to manage documents programmatically, access document metadata, and support more efficient integrations across external systems and workflows.
