Note: The steps in this guide apply if you know your Login ID. If you do not, please reach out to your FranConnect administrator to regain access to your account.
If you know your Login ID, click "Forgot Password " on the main login screen.
Type in your Login ID and click Reset on the following page.
The following email will be sent to the email address associated with the username in question.

Click the Send OTP button to have the One-Time Password sent to the email address associated with this account. Fill out the form and click Create New Password. You will be logged into your environment.
