Configure Candidate Coach more efficiently for each brand while giving sales teams clearer visibility into SMS delivery. The enhanced experience separates setup improvements from the settings that control how Candidate Coach engages leads.

Frannie AI: Agreement Assist
Reduce manual data entry by extracting key terms from executed franchise and lease agreements and adding them to the corresponding franchise record. Administrators can review and correct extracted values before saving them to the Agreement or Real Estate tab.

Other Updates
Global Search for Master Franchise Users: Master Franchise users can now use Global Search to quickly find records, contacts, and documents available within their assigned permissions, reducing the need to navigate through multiple menus and lists.
Royalty Manager: Master Invoice Summary Export: Export the currently filtered or searched Master Invoice Summary to Excel using formats consistent with the Unit-Level Invoice export, making files easier to combine and analyze. Exports include only the units each user is authorized to view, while Export Logs provides a history of previous exports, including the date, user, and scope.
Operations: More Flexible Corrective Action Plan Access: Users with View Action Plans permission can view corrective action plans for their assigned forms and locations without requiring access to the associated activity type. Administrators can manage this behavior using the new Show Corrective Action Plans regardless of Activity Type setting. It is enabled by default for existing customers and disabled by default for newly provisioned customers.
