Connect to FranConnect's SFTP server with FileZilla and download a large data export using the credentials Support sends you.
Install FileZilla and have the SFTP credentials from FranConnect Support to hand, including your username and the .ppk key file.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to access your SFTP Export
Create the connection in FileZilla
Open FileZilla and go to File › Site Manager, then click New Site.
Enter the connection settings
Fill in the site details exactly as below, then click Connect and complete the authentication prompt.

| Key File | Browse to the .ppk file provided by your administrator |

If a confirmation checkbox appears when you first connect, tick it and click OK to trust the host key.
Choose where files will download to
In the left-hand pane, double-click through your own folders and single-click the destination folder on your computer.
Download the export
In the right-hand pane, open the writable folder in the SFTP backup, right-click the file or folder you need and choose Download.
Confirm the transfer
Watch the status panel at the bottom of the window — once it finishes, the files are in the local folder you chose.
