What is a Code Freeze?
A code freeze is a temporary pause on making changes or updates to the FranConnect system. This practice helps ensure everything runs smoothly, especially during busy times like holidays or special events when an increased load on the system is expected.
During these periods, no new features or updates are added to the platform. This helps prevent unexpected issues or bugs that could disrupt the user experience or cause unexpected downtime. If any issues come up, we can address them without adding new changes that might cause complications.
In short, a code freeze is a way to keep the system working smoothly and helping to avoid performance issues or disruptions.
