The Service Desk tool provides a structured ticketing system for communication to take place both from inside and outside your organisation.

This tool works around categories, which you can tailor to suit different purposes. To allow for this amount of flexibility, the Service Desk departs from the usual account hierarchy and makes it possible to assign ticket categories to any users, regardless of their Account Group.
