Once the framework of the Goal has been created you need to build in the Milestones.
In the Goal click on New Milestone
Name the milestone (step).
Select the milestone owner from the list of contributors.
Attach any specific content in either ACTIV, URL or file upload format.
Write in a description of the actual milestone.
Put in the start date and deadline of the specific milestone (must be within the date range of the goal it sits within).
Repeat this to create all milestones.
Once this is ready you can return to the Goal page to make it Active.
