Checklist Notifications for Terminated Locations

Should notifications stop automatically when a location is terminated?

Currently, no. Terminating a location does not automatically disable checklist notifications. 

To prevent checklist notifications for a terminated location, users must manually disable the notifications by selecting the Stop Checklist Notification option for the applicable location(s).

Current Behavior

When a location is marked as terminated:

• The location status is updated to terminated.
• Existing checklist notification settings remain unchanged.
• Checklist notifications continue to be sent to the configured recipients until notifications are manually stopped.

How to Stop Checklist Notifications

For each terminated location:

1. Navigate to the location record.
2. Select the terminated location.
3. Choose the Stop Checklist Notification option.
4. Save the changes.

Once this action is completed, checklist notifications will no longer be sent to the associated contacts for that location.
