Copy Existing Lead When Adding New Leads
Franchise sales teams can now copy data from an existing lead when adding new leads, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring consistency. This enhancement helps streamline lead management and improves data accuracy.

To Get Started:
- Navigate to Sales > Lead Summary > Add Lead.
- Click on the Existing Lead field and select a matching record.
- Check Copy all data from existing Lead to transfer details.
- Review or modify copied details before saving.
Note: When the option is selected, all system and custom tab information will be copied, except for the Compliance tab information.

- Updated UI: The user interface of Mobile Auditor has been updated from end to end with new colors, typeface, and styling.
- Complete feature set: All existing Mobile Auditor features have been retained making it easy to adopt the new look and feel, and get your job done just as fast and efficient as before.
- Enhanced usability: We have focused on making Mobile Auditor easier to use on small format devices like smartphones.
- UI Toggle: Your users will be able to switch between the classic UI they are used to and the new UI through an option in settings.
To Get Started:
- Let us know if you would like this feature enabled for your users.
- Download RizePoint Mobile Auditor from the app store of your choice.
- Log in to RizePoint Mobile Auditor using the credentials from your RizePoint site.
- Navigate to settings and select “New” under the UI choices.
- For web users, select the UI under the settings menu.

To Get Started:
- Navigate to Sales/Invoices in the FranConnect system.
- Select a master invoice and choose a historical reporting period (e.g., Jan 2024).
- Click Generate to create the invoice.
- Manually generate the master invoice once all child invoices are reported.
- Use the new feature to delete "Sales/Invoices" in bulk after invoicing but before payment processing.
Branded Certificate Generation for Training Completion
FranConnect now enables automatic certificate generation for users upon completing training modules or Fuel Gauge programs, ensuring compliance and professional recognition.
- Provide verifiable proof – Automatically issue certificates upon training completion.
- Customize certificates – Create certificates that match brand and compliance requirements.
- Simplify access – Store and manage certificates for learners and managers in one place.
To Get Started:
- From World Manager, Navigate to Settings>System > System Configuration.
- Click on Rewards and Achievements and select New Custom Certificate.
- Select training components (Fuel Gauge, Courses, eLearning, Written Tests, Sign-offs, Appraisals, Internal Surveys, Events).
- Choose a pre-created PDF template and attach optional rewards.
- Enable options to include Training Name, Completion Date, and Expiry Date.
- Click Save to activate the certificate.
For Managers & Employees:
- Certificates are issued automatically upon training completion.
- Access certificates via Training > Achievement Awards.
- Managers can track certificates under Custom Certificate Recipients.
Automatic Training Status Reset for Reassigned Training
FranConnect now automatically resets training status to "Not Attempted" when users are reassigned training through Corrective Actions, Playbooks, or Opening tasks. This update ensures that users complete the latest training requirements and maintain compliance.
- Enforce retraining – Automatically reset training status when users are reassigned training.
- Ensure compliance – Require retraining when policies or procedures are updated.
- Reduce manual effort – Automate training status updates to eliminate administrative work.
To Get Started:
- Assign training through Corrective Actions, Playbooks, or Opening tasks.
- If the user previously Passed or Failed, their status resets to "Not Attempted" automatically.
- Users with In Progress or Not Attempted status remain unchanged.
Important Update:
- This update applies to customers with Operations and World Manager integration enabled to ensure training is consistently tracked and updated.
- Training resets apply only to E-learning and courses.
