The Enrolled Trainees page will display the complete list of enrolled, completed and cancelled trainees. RTO Admin accounts have 'view' and 'manage' permissions. Whereas, RTO Trainer accounts have 'view' permissions only.
Tip: Use the various filtering options available to narrow down the list of trainees by location, group type, enrolment status and more. You can also search for specific trainees by name.
Enrolment Statuses
Please refer to the below descriptions of each enrolment status:
Enrolled Trainees
All employees who are (currently) enrolled into a traineeship on your platform.
Completed Trainees
All employees who have completed a traineeship on your platform previously.
Note: Another drop-down field called 'Enrolment Type' will appear when this status is selected, which offers the following additional filters; 1) Current Completed Trainees and 2) Prior Completed Trainees.
Cancelled Trainees
All employees who have been cancelled from a traineeship on your platform.
Note: Another drop-down field called 'Enrolment Type' will appear when this status is selected, which offers the following additional filters; 1) Current Cancelled Trainees and 2) Prior Cancelled Trainees.
Tip: Clicking on an trainee's name will bring up their profile. There is also a link to view their application form.
The list of trainees generated from each of these statuses will show the following information:
- Full Name
- Qualification Name
- Employer Allow (date)
- Trainee Applied (date)
- RTO Enrolled (date)
- Last Login (date)
- Overall Training Progress
- Enrolment Status
Note: The Trainee Enrolment button is available for RTO Admin accounts, which contains a separate list of all employees who are eligible, ready to be enrolled or, if enabled, have Fee for Service as an option. Please refer to the Trainee Enrolment article for more information.
