Restoring Declined Trainees

If a Trainee has been declined for the Training Academy, you can restore their enrolment application by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the platform as an RTO Admin account.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Administration → Trainee Enrolment.
  3. In the 'Application Status' dropdown selected 'Declined Trainees'.
  4. Next to the Trainee's name, there will be a 'Restore' button which when clicked will restore their application.

Note: The 'Restore' button will only appear for an RTO Admin account if the original decliner was an RTO Admin, or for a regular manager account if the original decliner was a  regular manager. If the button is not appearing for you, and you have access to both an RTO Admin & a regular manager account, you could try viewing the declined trainees list with both accounts to see if the button appears.
