When adding a new task or editing a task already in Opener, you can elect whether you want a Franchisee to be able to view or edit the task. You can set the task to the following option:
- None: This will ensure the Franchisee is not exposed to corporate tasks that do not involve them.
- View Only: This allows the Franchisee to see the task, but they are unable to manage or update the task.
- Update Status: This allows the Franchisee to manage and update the task themselves.
Select Opener under Admin.
Click on Task Checklist, Click on Action and select Modify.
Click the drop-down arrow under Franchisee Access to select None, Update Status, View Only.
