Having Trouble Logging In?
If you know your Login ID, you can click "Forgot Password " on the main Login screen to get your password by supplying your email. You will be sent a One-Time Password (OTP).
When you receive the OTP, enter this in this one time, and then you will be prompted to reset your password. If you don't know your Login ID or this method has failed, please contact your Corporate FranConnect Administrator. Only your Franchisor Administrator can reset your Login ID or password to this system.
